Refunds. All registrations are non-refundable and only valid for original Dance Experience Live, Inc. (“DEL”) event (“Event”), date and location of purchase. No exceptions.

Credits. On a case-by-case basis, registered participants who wish to withdraw prior to the Event's start date due to illness or injury may do so if authenticated with an official doctor’s note. Participant will be credited the cost of the Event to be used towards a future Event produced by DEL, minus a $25 administrative fee. Credits are valid for one calendar year and will not be issued for any other reason.

Wristband Policy. Registrants receive only one band for the workshop. Wristbands may not be removed for the duration of the convention. Lost or removed bands require full repayment of registration fee. Pre-registration is strongly suggested as some bands may sell out. Wristbands may not be transferred from one person to another. DEL is not responsible for lost or stolen bands

Waitlist Policy. If you are completing a waitlist registration, an amended confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note that in the event that space becomes available, your credit card will automatically be charged, and you will be registered for the Event.

Switching Cities. Registrants are allowed to transfer tuition from a regional city to another regional city in the same tour for a $10 administrative fee. Registrants may transfer to or from a summer event for a $25 administrative fee. Registrants are also responsible for any differences in tuition resulting from the switch.

Inclement Weather Policy. In accordance with the DEL Refund Policy All Registrations are non-refundable. DEL will not provide any refunds to participants if inclement weather in origin or destination city hinders their travel plans. DEL will gladly credit registration on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the DEL Credit policy. In the event of any other Act of God during event dates including but not limited to: (Major Weather Event that results in a state of emergency in event city, war within the continental USA, governmental authority, disaster, strikes, or any other emergency) making it illegal or impossible to hold the event, DEL Executives in accordance with the city, state and local law enforcement will postpone the event to another date in the future. DEL will offer only credits to all registrations for DEL another future event and no refunds given.

Observer Wristband Policy. Pre-registration is strongly suggested as observer bands may sell out. If still available, they will be sold at the door starting on Friday at early check-in and/or throughout the weekend. All observer bands are non-refundable and may not be transferred from one person to another. Dance Experience Live is not responsible for lost or stolen bands. You must be accompanying a dancer to observe. Noise level and activity should be kept to a minimum out of consideration for the faculty and dancers. No cell phones, talking, videotaping or note taking. Dance Experience Live reserves the right to remove anyone who is disrupting the workshop or not following Security directions. Observers will have access to both Nex•Us and Camp•Nex events. Please note: You do not need an observer band to enter the Nex•Hibition, Pajama Jamm, Parent Show Off, or Scholarship Ceremony.

Non-Dancing Wristband Policy. All non-dancing participants including but not limited to: Studio Management Participant’s, Project Motivate Participant’s, Observer Participant’s (hereinafter “Participants”) knowingly and acknowledge that Participants release DEL of all Liability, Medical and Photo/Video claims in accordance with the Liability Release, Medical Release, and Photo & Video Release Policies below.

Photo & Video Release. Subject to the terms of this Form and without expectation or obligation of any compensation from DEL, I hereby give my consent to DEL and its affiliates to use my name, image and likeness and/or any interview statements from me in its publications, advertising, training or other media activities (including the Internet and social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). This consent includes, but is not limited to my permission to film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video of me and use such audio/visual materials and/or quotes from the interview(s) in training materials, mailings and any other print and electronic media now known or hereinafter devised. This consent is given in perpetuity, and does not require prior or any additional approval by me, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed and applies to all such materials collected in the past, the present or the future as part of any dance audience or auditions, interviews, classes, sessions, workshops or events attended by me as a result of, or through my association with, Dance Experience Live, Inc. and their affiliates.

Liability Release. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I agree to release and hold harmless DEL, the Event, the facility on whose premises the Event I am attending or observing will occur (the “Location”), and the respective directors, officers, representatives, members, agents, affiliates and employees of DEL and the Location and their respective affiliates (hereinafter collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liability, whether based on negligence, contract, tort, statute or otherwise, for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, cost and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or connected with the Event I am attending or observing, including but not limited to any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and / or death) that I may incur or sustain during the Event, all activities associated with the Event and while traveling to and from the site for the Event whether or not the Event actually occurs. I further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and Releasees’ heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators against loss from any further claims, demands or actions that may subsequently be brought by me or by any other persons on the account of damages of any character resulting to me in any way from the foregoing activities. I further agree to reimburse and to make good to Releasees any loss, damages, or costs Releasees may have to pay as a result of any such action, claim, or demand, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees.

Medical Release. I acknowledge and agree that participation or observation in the Event subjects me to the risk of physical illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and / or death) and that I acknowledge that I am assuming the risk of such illness or injury by participating or observing in the Event. In the event of such illness or injury, I authorize DEL to obtain necessary emergency action medical treatment for me and hereby release and hold harmless Releasees in the exercise of this authority. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any and all medical and related bills and expenses that may be incurred by me for any illness or injury that I may sustain during participation or observation in the Event and while traveling to and from the site for the Event whether or not the Event actually occurs.

Disclaimer. DEL staff reserves the right to remove any person (or persons) who presents potential harm, danger or disruption to themselves or anyone else while attending the Event. Due to contractual obligations, DEL guarantees minimum faculty as noted on Event website; faculty is subject to change.
