Rhee Think the Purpose: We will discuss the purpose behind your career choice and how to bring the joy back. We'll go back to the basics of why we became dance teachers in the first place and how can we get back to that original purpose.

Team Building: Learn how to build camaraderie among everyone involved in the success of your studio. Creating a culture where the owner, faculty and staff are dancing to the same beat and with the same goals is priority.

Fresh Perspective on Competition and Choreography: We will dive into why we do dance competition and the realities of it. Discover how to use it in a way that inspires our dancers rather than burning them out. Ultimately see the value of competitions to the student, the teachers and the parents. The choreography portion will touch topics such as age appropriate choreography and bringing something unique to the table rather than looking like everyone else.

Who Is Your Market and How Do You Reach Them?: Explore how the preschool and recreational students are the real support you need for financial success. Learn how to create a culture that welcomes them and how to attract with proven marketing strategies.

Balancing Dance & Family Life: We will discuss how to balance your dance and family life. Learn tips to put your personal priorities first without the guilt.

Inner-Peace Is the New Success: Striving for success can’t come at the expense of your own inner-peace. Success isn’t always about being the biggest or the best; or comparing yourself to others. This seminar is about discovering what makes YOU happy.

Choreography Workshop for Teachers: Nancy O’Meara and Rhee will talk about creating choreography that is exciting for your dancers and the audience. Tips on the use of formations and patterns, along with staging will be covered. It will include a frank discussion on the current state of choreography in the dance industry.

Business Owner Session: This studio owner only session will be a two-part seminar on investing in your team and analyzing the financials.

Creating an Inclusive Culture Within Your Classroom: All students created equal. Learn how to actively engage everyone in your classroom and build self confidence in the dancers. Making sure you are giving all your dancers the same YOU.
